JUNIORS (3rd & 4th graders)

My name is Tenisha Royston, I been playing basketball since I was 4 years old I grew up on the Navajo reservation in New Mexico. I was recruited to play at a junior college out of high school in Scottsdale, Az for 2 years where I received my associates degree in Art. After junior college I received a full scholarship to ACU where I played for 4 years and received my bachelor’s degree in psychology. I have coached young AAU girls, my daughter and assisted coached at a higher level in junior college for a short period of time. Throughout all my years in playing and coaching I am fortunate to still be on the court here in Las Vegas with my friends in the HERoes women’s basketball league, basketball never ends it is truly my happy place 😊
